Company Policies

1. Corporate Governance & Code of Conduct

We are committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and accountability. Our governance framework requires all leaders and employees to uphold ethical practices. A “Speak Up” mechanism enables safe reporting of misconduct via the Protector Line (1800 81 4528).

Lotus’s has a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. No employee, contractor, or supplier may give or accept bribes, gifts, or benefits. Violations may lead to disciplinary action or termination of contracts.

3. Conflict of Interest

All employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with company interests. Any potential conflicts must be declared and reviewed annually to ensure impartiality.

4. Sustainability

We align with UN Global Compact principles and UN Sustainable Development Goals. Guided by CP Group’s “Heart, Health, Home” framework, we focus on environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and community well-being.

5. Supplier Code of Conduct

Suppliers must act ethically, protect intellectual property, ensure safe and fair working conditions, and maintain high standards in environmental responsibility and product safety.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with Malaysia’s PDPA 2010. Personal data is used for account management, orders, promotions, and service. We ensure data privacy and communicate clearly about its use and protection.
